Algorithm Magic Monday March 9 2026
A quick content planning how to Video:
2. Trending Hooks & Prompts Instagram is currently pushing: (click on the Plus sign)
-
You were today years old when you learned…
Use this hook and then share a list of genuinely useful things your healing community probably doesn't know yet — the things you wish someone had told them sooner. These could be misconceptions you keep seeing, outdated beliefs around the body and healing, or simple truths that shift everything when people finally hear them.
Example wording for healers:
You were today years old when you learned that healing isn't always linear — and that's not a sign you're doing it wrong.
You were today years old when you learned that your nervous system doesn't know the difference between a real threat and a remembered one.
You were today years old when you learned that rest is not the reward for getting everything done — it's part of the work.
✨ Quick tip: This format performs incredibly well as a photodump carousel — make sure the text stands out clearly on each image. Turning it into a reel? Put 5–8 things on screen and keep your caption matching your hook so the algorithm knows exactly who to send it to. No hashtags needed on trial reels.
See it in action:
-
This is for the person who is done with…
This one is for calling in your people and making them feel truly seen. Use this hook to speak directly to the person who is exhausted, stuck, or struggling with something that sits right in the heart of your work.
Example wording for healers:
This is for the person who is done waking up exhausted no matter how much sleep they get.
This is for the woman who is done being told her symptoms are 'just stress.'
This is for the person who is done trying to fix themselves and ready to actually heal.
✨ Quick tip: This works beautifully as a talking head reel with the hook sitting above your head on screen. It also works as a carousel opener. Either way, it's a powerful community builder.
Caption formula:
You're safe here. I can't tell you how many times people have said to me [insert what you hear most]. Well you've just found the corner of the internet that helps you [achieve this] without [having to do that]. Follow for [what they'll get from you].
See it in action:
-
5 little things I do because I refuse to…
This is such a good one for showing people what's actually possible — without it feeling like a hard sell. Share the small, everyday things you do in your healing practice or life that make a real difference, and frame it around something you're choosing not to do instead.
Example wording for healers:
5 little things I do every morning because I refuse to let anxiety set the tone for my day.
5 little things I do weekly because I refuse to let burnout creep back in.
5 little things I do because I refuse to push through pain and call it strength.
✨ Quick tip: Try this as a photodump carousel showing the things in action — images of your rituals, your space, your practice. Make sure text is readable; if needed, drop the exposure slightly on photos so the words pop.
Bonus: turn this into an email to your list. Subject line: I refuse to [thing]. Open with why, share the 5 things, and end with a gentle CTA to your offer or freebie.
See it in action:
-
To whom it may concern…
This is your permission slip to say the thing you keep wanting to say — the truth your clients need to hear, the myth you're tired of seeing spread, the gentle permission you wish someone had given them sooner. Keep it warm, keep it real.
Example wording for healers:
To whom it may concern: your body is not broken. It's been doing its best with what it's been given.
To whom it may concern: you don't need to earn rest. You are allowed to stop.
To whom it may concern: healing slowly is still healing.
✨ Quick tip: This works best as a b-roll reel where what's on screen matches what you're saying. If you're talking about rest, film yourself resting. If you're talking about the body, let us see you moving in yours. The visual pairing is everything.
Repurpose this as a Story: swap 'to whom it may concern' for 'consider this your friendly reminder' and film yourself doing something everyday while you speak to camera. Totally unpolished, totally powerful.
See it in action:
-
Niche little things that help/stop/changed…
This format is deceptively simple and absolutely loves to travel. Share the small, specific, slightly unexpected things that actually move the needle for your clients or in your own practice. The more niche the better — generic advice scrolls past, but the specific stuff stops people in their tracks.
Example wording for healers:
Niche little things that helped my clients actually sleep through the night.
Niche little things that stopped the Sunday dread from taking over the whole weekend.
Niche little things that changed how I hold space for my clients.
✨ Quick tip: Keep the text on screen simple and film yourself doing something everyday in the background. Works beautifully as a Canva carousel or photodump too. Repurpose the list as a Thread — great visibility on a different platform with barely any extra effort.

My favourite life hack is instead of saying ___ I say ___
This one is such a lovely reframe prompt — and it's perfect for the healing space because so much of what we do is helping people shift the story they're telling themselves. Use this to show your audience what it looks like to speak to themselves differently.
Example wording for healers:
My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I'm so anxious' saying 'my body is preparing me for something — I'm listening.'
My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I don't have time to rest' saying 'rest is what makes everything else possible.'
My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I'm falling apart' saying 'I'm in the middle of something important.'
✨ Quick tip: In the caption, show them HOW to get to that second statement. The reframe is the hook, but the depth is in the why — that's what builds the relationship and the trust.
See it in action:
-
Sometimes I start to doubt my work… then I remember I did this.
Sunday is the perfect day to slow down and reflect — and this prompt invites you to do exactly that, publicly. This isn't about showing off (although you absolutely should). It's about reminding yourself — and showing your audience — what's actually possible when someone does the work.
What to include:
Client transformations (with permission)
Your own healing journey moments
Spaces you've held, workshops you've run, lives you've touched
Anything that reminds you — and them — why this work matters
✨ Quick tip: Lead with a clip or image of yourself in the first 2–3 seconds to stop the scroll. Keep the clips that follow short and snappy (around 0.8 seconds each). Show off — include the moments you're most proud of. That's not arrogance, that's evidence.

Early Trending Audios 🎵
Get on these early — the sooner you use a trending audio, the more the algorithm rewards you for it. Here are the ones worth watching this week.
1. Die with a Smile (Super Bowl) — Lady Gaga
Original audio from her Super Bowl performance. The energy is unreal — great for anything high-vibe, celebratory, or emotionally powerful.
2. That's the Way It Is — outliersdjs
Great drop in this one. Perfect for caption payoff reels or a satisfying transition moment.
3. Where Is Your Sword — bobbyintokyo
Use this over content where you're calling your audience into their power — 'in a world where people...' style messaging works really well here.
4. skycopcom
Works well for something a little cheeky or relatable — pair it with 'I hope she isn't into...' style content.
5. Super Mario Desert Theme — rachelspicer_
Nostalgic and somehow slightly chaotic — perfect for 'this is fine' BTS content or anything a little tense and relatable.
6. Groan Tube — kamil_szymczak
100% use this for fails, realistic BTS, or anything honest and unfiltered. Your audience will love you for it.
7. Bass Down Low x Lovegame (mashup)
A banger of a mashup. Great energy — use it for something punchy and confident.
8. Kool and the Gang — partypupils
Great one for dropping information in a fun, feel-good way. Think 'things I know now that I wish I'd known sooner' style content.
9. Princess Di's Wisdom
Put this over B-roll clips of you in your work, your space, your practice. The audio does the emotional heavy lifting — let the visuals breathe.
10. sahdsimone
Barely any uses yet which means getting in early could really pay off. The beat drop is strong — one to watch.
11. TTPD Intro
Such an underrated sound for business accounts. Works for simple message reels, caption payoffs, or just about anything. Calm, beautiful energy — very fitting for the healing space.

Elise Vangen Dagsdatter
Hello all magical algorithmicers.
I want to introduce myself as I signed up today and I don't have an instagram account yet 😄 (I will create one before monday to join in the commitment and support you all).
My name is Elise Vangen Dagsdatter. I'm so passionate about humans and I so love this experience of being one.
My medicines are trust and unconditional love. For the last eight years I've been leading myself through grand transformation, tended to my wounds in deep connection to the elements and become certified in many modalities.
I now feel this inner movement going outwards and I feel so much joy around becoming more visible and sharing more of my gifts.
I'm in a creative and crystalizing process, working on the artpiece of my being.
I'm here to learn about instagram and to see if I feel like becoming seen on this platform and what it is that wants to be expressed.
I'm also here to support and dance with all of you and to be immersed in a "just do it" energy that I feel from the group.
Excited to be here and I wish you all funny, joyous days with so much heart.
And yes, I live in the forests of Norway with my two young sons (2,5 years and 8 months), my husband, our two dogs and all the incredible beings inhabiting our forest.

Hi everyone,
I’m Patriszia Towe Xelest.
I’m a women’s empowering life coach, currently expanding my work into supporting ambitious women who know they are here for more impact, more income, and a sustainable way of doing life, not just for now, but long-term.
With a background in women’s bodywork, yoni mapping therapy, performance art, and creating online programs for women, I’ve seen how true empowerment has to be holistic.
For me, empowerment includes emotional regulation, physical wellbeing, financial resilience, and connection to our deeper purpose, because everything is interconnected.

Diana Ciolca
Hi everyone! I’m Diana, and I’m so happy to be here 💖
By day I’m a Lead Scientist at a green chemistry company in the Netherlands, which means I spend a lot of time in labs and EU-funded research projects. But my heart lives in a very different kind of work.
I’m a nervous system coach for female entrepreneurs who know what to do in their business but somehow can’t make themselves do it. That gap between knowing and doing, that’s nervous system territory. That’s where I live and work.
Like many of you, my VITA journey started in sexuality and relationship coaching, and I loved that work deeply. But over time I kept noticing the same thing: so much of what blocks us in intimacy and relationships is the same thing that blocks us in business. The nervous system doesn’t really separate the two.
That realization slowly pulled me toward entrepreneurship coaching, and it felt like the most natural evolution I could have imagined.
I built my first coaching business from a place of survival. I invested so much in mentors who turned out to be all marketing, gave my power away to every strategy under the sun, and ended up burning out completely. I remember thinking: if this is entrepreneurship, I don’t want it. After taking a year to breathe and come back to myself, I started fresh with a niche that actually felt aligned with who I am.
Now I help women remove what I call their “handbrakes” so they can finally move from a place of ease instead of exhaustion.
Balancing corporate life with building a coaching business is… a lot. And I’d be lying if I said I always have it together. I have ADHD, so consistency is something I genuinely struggle with. I’m here for the mutual support, the creative spark, and the accountability that only a community like this can offer.
So happy to be building alongside all of you 🤍

I forgot to add: I’m married to my soulmate and have been together for 9 years, I’m fur mama to 2 cats and 1 dog.
I love dancing, right now I’m doing heels 👠 every Friday but will start bachata soon again.
I am a gym rat 😂 as of recently (2 years).
And my favorite way to relax is reading romantasy. My Roman Empire is the The Throne of Glass by Sarah J Mass.
Oh and I love food and cooking 💖
Verena Maeder
Hello new friends! Verena here from the 2019 VITA cohort. I have a couple of business 👒⛑️👑 on. I am a natural builder of 30+ years and have an online school teaching that, and I am also a somatic coach with a focus on nervous system care, rewilding and psychedelic integration (both for individualsand couples). I have strong de-colonial values and am constantly learning. I really appreciate that these values are a thing in this group.
I am originally Swiss but my home is Aotearoa New Zealand, where I build homes with earth, and am blessed to spend fun times with my beloved in nature and the odd bush doof as we call it. I have two adult children.
For now I want to focus on the social media for my online natural building school, as that relies on people finding me online. My coaching practice is ticking over with referrals. I have had a really hard time being on social media in the past two years. I hope that co-working will help me focus and not be paralyzed by doom. Looking forward to getting to know you all and doing this together.

Nicolette Reichl
Somatic Voice, Visibility & Vitality Coach
@createwithnicolette
I am the founder of Algorithm Magic really because I NEED it. Raging ADHD over here and body doubling in coworking spaces has been the way for me to get things done.
Born South African; moved to Germany when I was 12 and studied in Egypt for 3 years when I was 18-21. It was in Egypt that I witnessed refugees doing somatic voice and therapeutic theatre that I knew what I wanted to do with my life.
Dropped out of university, took two years to work and save and left for the States to work with my mentor Kristin Linklater. Did Linklater Voice for 10 years intensely and then moved to France.
I randomly went to a church in a cave up a mountain people kept telling me about. It ended up being Sainte Baume a cave that would change my life. Have since offered Mary Magdalene pilgrimages to this very cave where we do deep somatic voice and sexulality liberation. Wrote about it in a book available. DM me.
I have met hundreds of healers over the years that, like me, know they need to be on Instagram but just dont wanna.. for what ever reason it feels like a drag; massivley activates our witch wound and we lay awake all night fretting about what our cousins’s and exes will think and any numerous other ways we tell ourselves not to do it.
I do not believe socials is the only way to get clients but its one way and if we are doing it, lets do it all the way!!!!!
Viola la Spina
Tea ceremonialist, Intimacy & Burnout Coach
@viola_la_spina
After a decade of teaching yoga and running two studios in Melbourne while raising two young children I met my edge.
Burnout became an initiation, calling me back to presence and truth. My family and I uprooted our lives and returned to my Scandinavian roots toward a quieter, true north.
In a long-term partnership of over twenty years, I have lived the realities of love through seasons of growth, distance, devotion, and renewal experience that deeply informs my work.
Deeply inspired by the ritual of tea, the art of sitting in stillness, regulating the nervous system, and meeting another without distraction, I bring a rare steadiness to the spaces I hold.
Today, I guide individuals and couples back to emotional safety, deep connection, and renewed desire.
Through my women’s journey Rebirth, I support women in restoring vitality and self-trust.
Through private work with couples, I help partners rebuild trust, deepen communication, and rekindle intimacy.
I am also the host of Tea Talks with Viola, where conversations around love and conscious relationship unfold slowly and honestly like tea shared in quiet presence.
For me, intimacy begins with safety and safety begins with presence.

Jeanette LeBlanc
I’m Jeanette. A writer / writing coach living in phoenix but originally from easten Canada.
I am definitely no ig expert but I’ve probably tested every scheduler under the sun and honestly never noticed a huge difference in engagement between scheduled and manual - but I was also never really looking for one.
I’ve lost a lot of followers over my almost 3 year hiatus and often have very low engagement when I post now - but I’ve also taken all social media off my phone and do not plan to add it back on, so scheduling will have to be it for me.
I do know in the past that I struggle with any sort of regular cadence when I don’t plan and schedule and tend to fall off quickly unless I’m in a period of super inspiration and the muse is dancing really close. So, I guess the drawbacks of scheduling are mitigated (for me) because it allows me to get a regular stream of posts ready to go and then I get to mostly forget about it for a while. Which helps my brain :)
Sarah Ojamae
I’m Sarah Ojamae, a Tantric Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and Intimacy Astrologer who offers support intimately attuned to your body and birth chart.
My intention is to offer coaching that makes tantra feel truly embracing for any, for all, humans, especially those for whom exploring our gorgeous lineage may not feel very safe or very comfortable because they so little see themselves represented in teachers, in photos, in the language used to facilitate—I want to make tantra a beautiful experience for anyone of any body shape or size, sexuality, gender identity or expression, relationship dynamic or status…

Alice Roder
Hey lovelies I’m Alice, I do holistic bodywork and touch process work using methods like myofascial release, dearmouring, and structural movement. @apearlontheroad
I’m from England and growth was quite clear in my work until a year ago when I moved to Estonia for love and then broke my elbow & pubic bone in a bad bike accident. A redirection gift on my 30th birthday.
So much change happened it crumbled my nervous system resilience and the call into somatic education was clear.
So now, I’m integrating somatic coaching into my work with touch wanting to guide somatic self touch sessions with clients online and develop my community to invite people on retreat with us from all over the world.
This, of course requires the internet and there’s been a massive conflict for me about this as my lifestyle becomes more nature oriented. It also calls forward an education piece for many of my friends and clients new to somatics. As bodywork online is not such a simple sell.
So Instagram is calling me to a more devotional return. (I worked in marketing and charity fundraising for most of my twenties) I can’t wait to work on this with you all

I guide women to reconnect with their bodies and pleasure through somatic, Tantric, and Taoist tools—including breathwork, jade egg, and deep subconscious exploration.
Lisa Candrian
I’m Lisa Humeres Candrian, a Switzerland-based Somatic Sex, Love & Relationship Coach for women and couples.
I support women who appear conscious and capable yet struggle with self-doubt, emotional triggers, intimacy blocks, or patterns of over-functioning and people-pleasing.
With couples, I work when they want to feel more deeply connected,
when sexuality feels misaligned or blocked,
when communication stalls,
when triggers take over,
even though love is still there.
My work is trauma-informed and body-led, integrating emotional bodywork, Tao-Tantric approaches and modern neuroscience, embodiment, and parts work such as inner child work.
I’ve been holding immersive retreats consistently for the past five years, alongside long-term 1:1 online and in person containers and intimate group spaces. (Groups mostly in person and wanting to transition more to online offers.)
Now, why I’m here.
I have ADHD, which means I generate a lot of ideas. And I experience such powerful client breakthroughs regularly I‘m still so amazed by the work, but I often struggle on how to bring those feedbacks & transformations into consistent content.
I’m trying to narrow down my niche further, and I notice I struggle quite a lot with that.

Hello everyone,
Greetings from magical Bali, the island I’ve been calling home for almost 8 years. I’m originally from Germany, where I studied psychology, but then with the beginning of my Saturn return 🪐 my whole life got put upside down and I got redirected to approach healing from more of a holistic and spiritual angle ✨
I’m mainly an energy healer, and also trained in somatic trauma therapy, yoga teacher, meditation teacher, breath coach, women’s circle facilitator and a few other beautiful modalities.
I’m really passionate about empowering others to heal themselves and step back into their own power. I’m currently transitioning more into a teacher role, and potentially less facilitating. I do a lot of in-person events in Bali, but want to grow the online side of my biz, hence I’m here.
I’m still finding and defining my messaging and marketing, learn how to talk to the right people.
Personally, I’ve been diving deeply into tantra for over a year now and going on a training next week, which I’m super stoked about!
My Instagram is @sacred.holistic.healing and I’m very excited to connect and support each other here and get to discover the magic you share with the world ✨🤍✨

I'm from Austria, I live with my partner and our cat 40km south of Vienna in a house with a huge garden where we grow our own vegetables.
I'm a biologist at heart, forever fascinated with nature and life. I've been studying the Grinberg Method for 2 years (one more to go), which is a form of holistic bodywork and at the center of it it's about pattern recognition and training your body attention to being able to stop limiting patterns.
From the beginning of my education I've been working 1:1 with clients. My dream is to be able to support myself fully with this work and I'm now building my business from the ground. so I'm a baby business owner, trying my steps, finding my messaging... I was ready to throw the towel on Socials many times. So, i'm curious how this will go 😄
Looking forward to getting to know you all and make some magic! 💖✨Maria instagram.com/maria_meander
