I do this work because I believe this world desperately needs a resurrection of the sacred in women's health and position in our society. A resurrection of reverence for the immense power of our bodies and the validity of our voices, voices too long silenced, doubted, or spoken over. We need our collective consciousness to remember our intrinsic connection to, and creation of, LIFE.

I am here to tend to your tissues, woman. To your body, at every single stage and threshold of womanhood. I am here to support your sexual thriving, your body as the altar of your creations. I am here to support your fertility and your capacity to conceive. I am here to nourish your heart, your soul, and your pelvis, as you carry life forward. I am here to connect you with the memory in your bones, that you can birth in full power and agency, that you can mother with the wisdom that comes from a nourished womb, and speak with the fullness of a voice that is finally your own.

I hold this reverence for womanhood, and I hold that same reverence for every experience of being in a body with a vulva, whatever your gender identity, binary, non-binary, or anywhere between. Your body carries an immense capacity for creation, for exquisite pleasure and power, held always in safety, irrespective of how you move through the world, and I honor that fully. Your womb is eternally creative. And when a womb has been removed, its energetics remain, eternal still, and you remain entitled to this same level of ceremonial care. I am here to remind your body that no trauma or pain it has held needs to define your life any longer. You are entitled to receive a level of reverential care for your womanhood that will eventually touch every single person you come into contact with. Because when you are truly, profoundly WELL, your whole ecosystem transforms. Your work, your creativity, your children, your community, and the larger world, all of it becomes more whole when the sacred has been restored to your body.
