Welcome to our new members let’s follow each other!

Avah Lux Yeruka Anu

Hello Dear Ones!

Thank you for welcoming me into this space! 💖

My name is Avah Lux Elektra Yeruka Anu (she/her)…but you can call me Anu! 👋🏼✨🥰

I am located in Seattle, WA and I am the Head Witch of my business, Fire in the Belly Alchemy! ❤️‍🔥

@fireinthebellyalchemy

I’m a ceremonialist and transformational guide in the business of Spiritual Expansion. 💫🔥🌿

My work is centered around creating multi-sensory, multi-dimensional ceremonial spaces for deep transformation, personal healing, and community-held magic.

I’ve been creating and holding ceremonial containers for over twenty years, weaving together ritual, sound and song, vocal embodiment, creative expression, grief tending, Earth-based wisdom, shamanic journeywork, and sacred psychedelic medicine. ✨🍄🎶

I’m the creatrix of my main soul-aligned offering The Cauldron: You Are the Medicine — a year-long psychedelic initiation through the elements for personal healing, spiritual expansion and community-held transformation! I just opened enrollment for our third year! Feel free to check it out: https://www.fireinthebellyalchemy.com/the-cauldron-you-are-the-medicine

Alongside that, I facilitate seasonal community ceremonies, Hekate guided grief containers, and one-on-one medicine work and integration.

I’m a Leo Sun, Gemini Moon, and Sag Rising…and a 6/3 Manifesting Generator (the role model martyr!) — which means I learn by doing, follow curiosity and inspiration, and lead from the fires I have walked through first! 🔥

I’ve started owning that my approach to life, Spirituality and business is rooted in Spiritual Maximalism! ✨🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜✨

I love bold color, depth, devotion, and creating spaces that feel beauty-filled, welcoming and deeply potent. My hope is always that people leave feeling deeply inspired, resourced, more aligned with self and spirit, and leave carrying something truly meaningful back into their everyday lives. ✨

I’m really grateful to be here and excited to connect, collaborate, and learn alongside you all. This container feels like such a beautiful answer to a prayer! 💫🥰🙏

Alice Roder

Hey lovelies I’m Alice, I do holistic bodywork and touch process work using methods like myofascial release, dearmouring, and structural movement. @apearlontheroad

I’m from England and growth was quite clear in my work until a year ago when I moved to Estonia for love and then broke my elbow & pubic bone in a bad bike accident. A redirection gift on my 30th birthday.

So much change happened it crumbled my nervous system resilience and the call into somatic education was clear.

So now, I’m integrating somatic coaching into my work with touch wanting to guide somatic self touch sessions with clients online and develop my community to invite people on retreat with us from all over the world.

This, of course requires the internet and there’s been a massive conflict for me about this as my lifestyle becomes more nature oriented. It also calls forward an education piece for many of my friends and clients new to somatics. As bodywork online is not such a simple sell.

So Instagram is calling me to a more devotional return. (I worked in marketing and charity fundraising for most of my twenties) I can’t wait to work on this with you all.Agnieszka Religa: Therapist, Sex love and relationship coach

Hi everyone! new to the group here 👋 i’m excited to forge a new path in my content creation/entrepreneurial journey after overcoming a feeling of burnout & misalignment on socials - being “seen” online & finding my voice is a journey i’ve been working through for nearly a year

Hello, hello.

I believe I’m to share a little about myself…

I’m Sarah Ojamae, a Tantric Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and Intimacy Astrologer who offers support intimately attuned to your body and birth chart.

My intention is to offer coaching that makes tantra feel truly embracing for any, for all, humans, especially those for whom exploring our gorgeous lineage may not feel very safe or very comfortable because they so little see themselves represented in teachers, in photos, in the language used to facilitate—I want to make tantra a beautiful experience for anyone of any body shape or size, sexuality, gender identity or expression, relationship dynamic or status…

Corrinne Deva : visionary, teacher & therapist for the feminine

I’m Corinne, a psycho-somatic therapist specializing in trauma resolution for women, a yoga teacher, podcast host, and doula.
I support women in returning to their bodies, their emotions, and the center of their femininity—the uterus—in order to transform their wounds and flourish, through somatic therapy and online programs of feminine practices.

The prompts for the week (click on the plus sign):

  • 5 small little things that suck the life out of adhd brains.

5 small little things that make pospartum mums unnecessarily anxious.

5 seemingly innocent spending habits that do more damage you might realise.

5 seemingly normal eating expectations that are not made for fussy toddlers.

Example of this piece of content in the wild…

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTu-oZwgUwE/?igsh=MWY4aXVsZjU1M3gzNA==

A little tip: There are lots of different wording options for this one, so pick the one that best aligns to you. I changed it to 5 as I know that thinking of 10 things can be tricky!

Turn this into an Instagram story. First slide: Not me spending the morning (eg negotiating with a teenager/ dog/ partner) about when they can (eg eat the whole block of cheese)- use this to connect in. You want a similar stance. Second slide: i’ve recently started doing these 5 little things to support my XXX because I know that (eg when the toddler starts trying to negotiate with me, it toally derails my adhd) Third slide: Things 1& 2 Fourth slide: Things 3 & 4 Fifth slide: This is exactly what we do inside my XXX. Reply XXX and I’ll send you the link!

  • POV: me (a gal with adhd) when I see some random Instagram influencer say that google calendar fixed her symptoms. POV: me (a mum of 6 kids) when I see some random Instagram influencer say we should all be exercising for an hour a day. POV: me (a gal who earned 200k last year) when I see some random influencer say you need to sell an ebook made in Canva.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUGz1DVjbz9/?igsh=YzI1cjd1dm1odGw1

A little tip: The type of B-roll filming here works both ways. You could either stare into the camera as the creator above is doing, or have it as ‘normal’ b-roll of you doing your everyday task. Both work!

    Caption prompt:

    Literally nothing worse, right?!

I see so many people share honestly quite dangerous advice on Instagram when it comes to [your niche] these days and I’ll be honest, it does make me worried.

Why though? Because it can often make YOU feel like a failure and I do not want that.

Here’s why XXX just doesn’t work for THIS TYPE OF PERSON.

And a quick disclaimer: this and this.

I’m a (what you call yourself). Follow along for no nonsense advice when it comes to THIS or you can also comment X and I’ll send you my XXX

  • I practise saying ‘no I can’t today thank you’ at 7am every morning, just incase the eldest daughter in me comes out to play. I drink 1tsp of matcha every morning, in case my head gets the random urge to give me a migraine at 3pm. I trained a chatgpt to respond with ‘no flipping way’ in case i get the random desire to make a new offer at 11:47pm. I eat 1 tsp of chia seeds before every important meeting, because I’d rather 💩 than listen to their 💩.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUGioofjrfS/?igsh=c2lqbGI4OXc2eHpo

A little tip: You’ve got two options with this. It could be sort of tongue in cheek or it could be very skills based. Either way you want it to be a bit shocking. Not ‘I put the sound machine on every night for my kid’ but something your audience would be like ‘that is honestly wild’

Caption prompt to use: You’ve got to try this ok?! Before (doing the hack above) I used to have to (do this) but since then, everything has changed. 1. this 2. that. 3. the other. I know it’s so tempting to X but believe me when I say THIS is so much easier without it. If you’re (wanting to make this easier/ needing more support with X) then you’re in the right place. Follow XXX where I show you exactly how to X without Y. It’s lovely to meet you.

  • My issue with following fashion trends and not dressing for the body that you have is…

My issue with women taking supplements designed for menopause but not eating breakfast daily is…

My issue with women telling themselves they’re not enough and yet wasting hours scrolling themselves and comparing is…

Example of the piece of content in the wild: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DS0aKJAkTlZ/?igsh=MWlkZzhpMDY0bDF5cw==

A little tip: You’ll notice in the example above that this has been done as a voiceover style reel. The reason it’s effective is that we immediately see the outcome in the first shot (aka the food). You could also do this as a talking head reel or a carousel post too. Both would be really effective at getting your stance across.

Repurpose this hook to threads, copying the text across. Hey presto!

  • Unhinged things to post on LinkedIn this week Unhinged things I do to help my toddler sleep better Slightly weird things I eat weekly for breakfast as someone tackling migraines right now. Unhinged things I’m doing in my launch to double my income. Unhinged things we decided to do in our fixer upper.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTxvaLxkdCT/?igsh=b284eDltcXVzaGF4

A little tip: I would keep this one as a photodump style carousel, as it’ll work best for the storytelling angle of the post itself. You can swap out the language of ‘unhinged’ as I have above and put ‘slightly weird things’ instead. Both angles work!

Caption prompt: One of the best things that someone told me in [your niche] This: And hiii you’ve just reached the side of the internet where we [do this] without [doing that] For more support with (doing this) follow (@ your handle) or comment xxx to receive my (eg free guide ) to finally (achieve this).

  • Things in my diary as an adhd girl that just make sense. Things that will only make sense to eldest daughters… New things to add to your basket in M&S that just make sense… Things to post on Linkedin that just make sense…

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/p/DT0sGavkuHA/?igsh=OWJkeDZpcDY0N2Yy

A little tip: One of the most underated and yet important things you can do when pulling a carousel together is to make sure that your audience can read the text on screen. You’ll notice in this creator example above, they have a dark overlay over the imagery and then this make the white text pop. They’ve also kept the text as classic white as this makes it easier to read.

Turn this into a storytelling email: SUBJECT LINE: why have I only just realised this? Then use the messaging mender to input the following: Please take my instagram hook examples above and my own version here: INSERT. I would like you to write a storytelling email, less than 500 words, to share with my audience the things in my life that just make sense as (what you call yourself) I would like you to chat like we’re at brunch and make sure each paragraph isn’t too long for readability. I’d like you to point them towards my (xxx offer)

  • 1 Carousel idea: Things that will make you follow/unfollow me

Love this trend on TikTok, which is only just starting to come over to Instagram, so jump on it and get ahead of the curve! It’s a great one to make as a quick carousel in Instagram (super easy to edit) and is perfect as Growth, Nurture AND Sales Content - the hook and potential talking points will encourage engagement to make the algorithm push it out to new people, but it also helps your existing followers get to know you a little better! Plus, it explains your unique approach, which always helps potential customers go ‘oh this is the person for me’.

    How to make this carousel:

    • Write a list in your notes app of 6-8 things that you strongly believe in/think that could potentially be divisive/talking points but that you would want your potential customers/followers to feel the same way about. It’s good to have a mix of things that are sort of fundamental and align with your brand values, as well as a couple thrown in that are a little more lighthearted. For example, I’ve seen lots ranging from ‘I believe in gentle parenting’ to ‘The dress was White and Gold not Blue and Black’ so try to mix it up a bit in terms of how serious your subject matter is 😂. Start your opinions with We/I believe… / We do/don’t / We/I think that…

    • Now choose the same amount of photos from your camera roll that relate to the points or to your business in general (any behind the scenes photos will work for this) as well as one for your starting slide that will have your hook. For this one, make sure it is a photo of yourself - people are much more likely to stop and read!

    • Upload your photos into Instagram as a post and click ‘text’ to add text over the top in the instagram editor. Add your hook in the format ‘Things that will make you either follow or unfollow me/us/my XXX business’. Adding in the type of business you have gives people more context, which is good if your carousel gets pushed out to non-followers.

    • Add in your list of beliefs to the other photos - one per slide - and there you have it!

Here are a few examples I have found on Instagram so far, but as I said this is a very early trend so I can’t find any that have gone viral yet - big opportunity here! I have also included one that is a Reel instead of a carousel, just in case you fancy challenging yourself with a talking reel instead!
