SACREDsite™ Whole Woman Pelvic Care and Sexual Awakening is in-person, 1:1 care in Avignon, France.
We work hands-on with your belly and pelvis, and with your voice, as one channel. You stay in choice the whole time, and we move only as fast as your nervous system can take in.
The health of a woman's pelvis touches every part of her life: how she breathes, how she speaks, how she feels pleasure, how she rests.

SACREDsite™ Method is a ceremonial method that works with the body and the voice as one channel. Through hands-on pelvic and womb bodywork alongside vocal work, it de-armours what the body has held: tension, protection, old survival patterns. Sensation, life force, and full expression can return.
The work rests on anatomical skill (Arvigo abdominal therapy, myofascial release, nervous system regulation), held through intuitive, reverential touch.
It moves only as fast as your nervous system can integrate. You stay in choice throughout.
It is a whole body de-armouring and awakening.
Womb, ovaries, vulva, cervix, belly, the back of the body, the glutes, and the jaw, tongue, and throat. A ceremony for your body to be fundamentally reclaimed, heard, felt, and awakened.
After your intake, I choose flower essences that fit what you are moving through and infuse them into the oils used in your session.
It is a return to pleasure, sovereignty, and a voice that is finally your own.
