The M.U.S.E
Method™
The Yoni Egg Method for Creative Flow
What will you do with this one precious life you have?
What does your body need to feel like, for you to be productive, creative & energized?
If you are feeling scattered & frustrated and stressed nothing will change you faster than Yoni egg practices.
M.U.S.E. is a somatic pathway for restoring your voice, your creativity, and your erotic life force.
I’ve combined 20 years of Somatic Vocal Coaching experience, years of Toaist sexuality practices and female nervous system work in to one simple system: The MUSE Method™
If you have lost touch with your creative muse then you’ve just found your map back to her!
Your voice, sexuality, and creativity are not three separate “parts” of you. If your libido is low your creativity is low and so also your ability to speak your truth.
These beautifully complex parts of you are woven together through your breath, your fascia, your vagus nerve & muscular reflexes, your emotional memory, and your deepest form of energy: jing.
The MUSE Method™
is my 4-phase somatic approach
that restores this entire network.
It is the system I’ve developed after
20 years as a somatic voice coach,
working with thousands of women
across performance, trauma repair,
intimacy work, and creative awakening.
A somatic pathway for restoring
your voice, your creativity
& your erotic life force.
THE TAOIST FOUNDATION:
JING, QI, SHEN
The MUSE Method is shaped by the three energies described in ancient Taoism:
JING — Your Life Force
Stored in the pelvis, womb, sexual organs, kidneys.
This is the energy you draw on to survive, heal, create, speak your truth, and rebuild your life.
When jing is depleted:
your voice weakens
your creativity collapses
libido disappears
your body feels brittle
your nervous system stays in freeze
you cannot trust your impulses or desires
Jing is the foundation of everything.
QI — Your Creative Current
Qi is jing in motion — the energy that circulates through your breath, diaphragm, fascia, sound, and emotional expression.
When qi is blocked:
anxiety increases
procrastination returns
emotional residue sits in the body
the throat tightens
the cervix hardens
expression feels impossible
Qi is what lets your ideas move.
SHEN — Your Expression
Shen is the outward shine of your inner energy.
It is your voice, your presence, your visibility, your creative clarity.
When jing and qi are restored, shen becomes effortless:
your voice deepens
your leadership strengthens
your creativity feels natural
ideas come easily
you feel connected to yourself again
The MUSE Method is built on restoring jing, moving qi, and expressing shen through your voice and creative work.
The 4 Pillars of The M.U.S.E Method.
M — MELT
You learn how to:
release jaw tension
drop the diaphragm
soften the pelvic floor
unwind chronic freeze
regain access to sensation
breathe in a way that restores life force
The yoni egg is used gently here as a somatic anchor, helping you rebuild awareness and safety in the pelvis.
This is where jing begins to refill.
Restore Jing. Melt your armour.
U — UNBLOCK
You learn how to:
release the cervix–throat axis
outgrow shame loops
dissolve energetic imprinting from past lovers
express anger, grief, desire safely through sound
re-open the womb–voice channel
Qi begins to move.
This is the phase where women cry, shake, laugh, sigh, hum, moan — and suddenly feel light for the first time in years.
Move Qi. Clear the channels.
S — SENSITIZE
Amplify Jing & Qi. Awaken erotic intelligence.
This phase rewires your capacity for:
pleasure
sensation
erotic aliveness
womb sensitivity
emotional access
creative responsiveness
Through yoni egg sensual mapping, breast massage, womb–heart–throat breath, micro-pleasure practices, and Taoist energy flow, the body switches from numbness to aliveness.
This is when your creative spark comes back.
Your voice warms.
Your face softens.
Your ideas return.
And jing becomes abundant again.
Shine Shen. Let your voice & creativity lead.
E — EXPRESS
With the body open, qi flowing, and jing restored, expression becomes natural.
This is where you learn to:
speak from your body, not your mind
write from sensation, not pressure
create consistently without burnout
shape your ideas into form
bring your voice into leadership
let desire lead your creative output
This is where your shen becomes visible — in your voice, your presence, your art, your leadership, your decisions, and your life.
Expression stops being scary.
It becomes a physiological truth.
WHY WOMEN FEEL SO DIFFERENT AFTER THIS WORK
Because we work on the tried and tested places in our body
breath
pressure
pelvic stability
womb responsiveness
nervous system tone
cervical sensitivity
jaw release
diaphragm mobility
vagus nerve regulation
emotional clearing
pleasure capacity
energetic circulation
When these systems reconnect, women say:
“I can feel again.”
“My voice sounds like me.”
“I’m creating without forcing.”
“My libido is returning.”
“I’m finally telling the truth in a way that feels powerful.”
“I didn’t know it could be this easy.”
The MUSE Method reminds you and your body what it already knows:
Your life belongs to you and creating is your birthright
Why voice, sexuality, and creativity belong together
Here is what I see every day in my clients and in my own history.
When the pelvic floor is tight, your breath cannot go where it needs to go.
When breath cannot drop, the diaphragm is restricted.
When the diaphragm is restricted, the throat compensates and tightens.
When the throat tightens, the voice gets smaller, shakier, or overly controlled.
When your voice is not available, your creative expression and boundaries are not either.
This shows up as:
Speaking in a way that feels careful or “nice” instead of honest
Struggling to say what you want in sex, relationships, or work
Having strong ideas but not following through
Feeling dry in creativity and desire at the same time
Most people try to fix this from the neck up with mindset work, affirmations, and “better strategy.” In MUSE, we start where the pattern actually lives. In the body.
We create change in the pelvic floor and breath, which then changes the voice, which then changes how you show up creatively and relationally.
How it works:
The role of the yoni egg in MUSE
A lot of people hear “yoni egg” and think gimmick or quick-fix. That is not what we are doing here.
In the MUSE Method, the yoni egg is a somatic tool. It helps you feel:
Where you grip
Where you are numb
Where you can soften and receive
We pair the egg with:
Very specific breath patterns
Gentle sound and humming that travel through the pelvic floor and diaphragm
Micro-movements and awareness in the hips, belly, and jaw
You are not doing circus tricks with your pelvic floor. You are learning to listen to your body again. The egg gives clear feedback. It makes subtle shifts tangible.
As the pelvic floor becomes more responsive instead of braced, your nervous system gets a new template for safety and pleasure. This directly affects how you speak and create.
The Science Behind the Magic
My method integrates:
Polyvagal theory (Dr. Stephen Porges)
Somatic vocal release (Linklater lineage)
Cervical de-armoring and energy orgasm work (Tantric & Taoist roots)
Female cycle-aware nervous system mapping
Oxytocin-based regulation practices (because women regulate through bonding and co-regulation)
This is body-led healing to vocal & creative liberation.
When we follow our voices, we find our deepest stories.
When we listen to the cervix, we remember our souls.
How creativity fits in
Most of my clients are brimming with ideas.
Books they want to write. Offers they want to launch. Art they want to make. Conversations they want to have.
But if your body does not feel safe, your system will block the very thing you say you want.
MUSE treats creativity as a physiological process, not a personality trait.
We work with:
Tiny, doable creative actions that you can complete in one sitting
Practices that connect your voice, pelvis, and hands while you create
Structures that make it easier to finish something and share it
This is where people usually notice the biggest shift. Their libido, their voice, and their creative output start to rise together. Not because they are forcing themselves to “be productive,” but because energy is finally moving through a clear channel.
My background and why I built MUSE
20 years as a somatic voice coach, working with actors, speakers, and everyday humans
10 years under Kristin Linklater’s lineage, learning to free the natural voice through the body and imagination
1,000+ hours of training in sacred sexuality (VITA™), trauma informed and deeply rooted in the female nervous system
My own story of a sexless marriage, health collapse, and rebuilding my life, libido, and work through sound, breath, and the pelvis
I created MUSE because I could see that “voice work” on its own was not enough. And sexuality work on its own was not enough either. For me and for my clients, the real change happened when we wove them together and anchored everything in daily, creative life.
-
It’s a nervous system-based, trauma-informed, and pleasure-centered approach to healing the voice and sexuality simultaneously.
We work with the anatomy of sound, the energetics of desire, and the sacred intelligence of the female body to release shame, restore voice, and rewire your system for connection, pleasure, power & sustainable creativy. This method draws from vocal science, sacred sexuality, polyvagal theory, and ancient Toaist practices woven into a cyclical, feminine path of remembrance.
-
Every session is tailored to your unique body, your history, your sensitivity, and your current nervous system state.
A session may include:
guided breathwork

learning to sense the pelvic floor internally
connecting breath to the cervix
understanding jing (life force) and how it rises
supporting your nervous system to feel safe with sensation
integrating pleasure as a creative tool
All internal exploration is done by you, in your own space, at your own comfort level.
There is never physical contact from me.
I guide; you explore. If a week feels overwhelming or you’re not ready for internal work, we simply shift to:
breath
throat
nervous system
creativity
sound
The MUSE Method is adaptable and never forceful.

low libido or shutdown
creative block or burnout
difficulty feeling pleasure
trouble expressing needs or desires
numbness or disconnection from their body
The MUSE Method is designed for beginners and for those who have done years of inner work.
The only requirement is curiosity and consent to go slowly.
-
Every woman’s journey is different, but common outcomes include:
deeper, richer, more relaxed voice
return of libido and erotic energy
increased sensitivity in the body and yoni
emotional clarity and honesty
dissolving shame patterns
reconnecting to desire and “I want” energy
creative flow returning
greater confidence and visibility

Women often say:
“I didn’t realize how much my voice had been shaped by my fears.”
“My creativity came back the moment my body came back.”
“I feel like myself again.” -
