Algorithm Magic Monday March 9 2026

FEB 23 2026 Prompts

  1. A quick content planning how to Video:

2. Trending Hooks & Prompts Instagram is currently pushing: (click on the Plus sign)

  • You were today years old when you learned…

Use this hook and then share a list of genuinely useful things your healing community probably doesn't know yet — the things you wish someone had told them sooner. These could be misconceptions you keep seeing, outdated beliefs around the body and healing, or simple truths that shift everything when people finally hear them.

    Example wording for healers:

    • You were today years old when you learned that healing isn't always linear — and that's not a sign you're doing it wrong.

    • You were today years old when you learned that your nervous system doesn't know the difference between a real threat and a remembered one.

    • You were today years old when you learned that rest is not the reward for getting everything done — it's part of the work.

✨ Quick tip: This format performs incredibly well as a photodump carousel — make sure the text stands out clearly on each image. Turning it into a reel? Put 5–8 things on screen and keep your caption matching your hook so the algorithm knows exactly who to send it to. No hashtags needed on trial reels.

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example post

  • This is for the person who is done with…

This one is for calling in your people and making them feel truly seen. Use this hook to speak directly to the person who is exhausted, stuck, or struggling with something that sits right in the heart of your work.

    Example wording for healers:

    • This is for the person who is done waking up exhausted no matter how much sleep they get.

    • This is for the woman who is done being told her symptoms are 'just stress.'

    • This is for the person who is done trying to fix themselves and ready to actually heal.

✨ Quick tip: This works beautifully as a talking head reel with the hook sitting above your head on screen. It also works as a carousel opener. Either way, it's a powerful community builder.

    Caption formula:

You're safe here. I can't tell you how many times people have said to me [insert what you hear most]. Well you've just found the corner of the internet that helps you [achieve this] without [having to do that]. Follow for [what they'll get from you].

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example post

  • 5 little things I do because I refuse to…

This is such a good one for showing people what's actually possible — without it feeling like a hard sell. Share the small, everyday things you do in your healing practice or life that make a real difference, and frame it around something you're choosing not to do instead.

    Example wording for healers:

    • 5 little things I do every morning because I refuse to let anxiety set the tone for my day.

    • 5 little things I do weekly because I refuse to let burnout creep back in.

    • 5 little things I do because I refuse to push through pain and call it strength.

✨ Quick tip: Try this as a photodump carousel showing the things in action — images of your rituals, your space, your practice. Make sure text is readable; if needed, drop the exposure slightly on photos so the words pop.

Bonus: turn this into an email to your list. Subject line: I refuse to [thing]. Open with why, share the 5 things, and end with a gentle CTA to your offer or freebie.

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example post

  • To whom it may concern…

This is your permission slip to say the thing you keep wanting to say — the truth your clients need to hear, the myth you're tired of seeing spread, the gentle permission you wish someone had given them sooner. Keep it warm, keep it real.

    Example wording for healers:

    • To whom it may concern: your body is not broken. It's been doing its best with what it's been given.

    • To whom it may concern: you don't need to earn rest. You are allowed to stop.

    • To whom it may concern: healing slowly is still healing.

✨ Quick tip: This works best as a b-roll reel where what's on screen matches what you're saying. If you're talking about rest, film yourself resting. If you're talking about the body, let us see you moving in yours. The visual pairing is everything.

Repurpose this as a Story: swap 'to whom it may concern' for 'consider this your friendly reminder' and film yourself doing something everyday while you speak to camera. Totally unpolished, totally powerful.

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example reel

  • Niche little things that help/stop/changed…

This format is deceptively simple and absolutely loves to travel. Share the small, specific, slightly unexpected things that actually move the needle for your clients or in your own practice. The more niche the better — generic advice scrolls past, but the specific stuff stops people in their tracks.

    Example wording for healers:

    • Niche little things that helped my clients actually sleep through the night.

    • Niche little things that stopped the Sunday dread from taking over the whole weekend.

    • Niche little things that changed how I hold space for my clients.

✨ Quick tip: Keep the text on screen simple and film yourself doing something everyday in the background. Works beautifully as a Canva carousel or photodump too. Repurpose the list as a Thread — great visibility on a different platform with barely any extra effort.

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example reel

  • My favourite life hack is instead of saying ___ I say ___

This one is such a lovely reframe prompt — and it's perfect for the healing space because so much of what we do is helping people shift the story they're telling themselves. Use this to show your audience what it looks like to speak to themselves differently.

    Example wording for healers:

    • My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I'm so anxious' saying 'my body is preparing me for something — I'm listening.'

    • My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I don't have time to rest' saying 'rest is what makes everything else possible.'

    • My favourite life hack is instead of saying 'I'm falling apart' saying 'I'm in the middle of something important.'

✨ Quick tip: In the caption, show them HOW to get to that second statement. The reframe is the hook, but the depth is in the why — that's what builds the relationship and the trust.

    See it in action:

    🔗 Example reel

  • Sometimes I start to doubt my work… then I remember I did this.

Sunday is the perfect day to slow down and reflect — and this prompt invites you to do exactly that, publicly. This isn't about showing off (although you absolutely should). It's about reminding yourself — and showing your audience — what's actually possible when someone does the work.

    What to include:

    • Client transformations (with permission)

    • Your own healing journey moments

    • Spaces you've held, workshops you've run, lives you've touched

    • Anything that reminds you — and them — why this work matters

✨ Quick tip: Lead with a clip or image of yourself in the first 2–3 seconds to stop the scroll. Keep the clips that follow short and snappy (around 0.8 seconds each). Show off — include the moments you're most proud of. That's not arrogance, that's evidence.

  • Early Trending Audios 🎵

Get on these early — the sooner you use a trending audio, the more the algorithm rewards you for it. Here are the ones worth watching this week.

    1. Die with a Smile (Super Bowl) — Lady Gaga

Original audio from her Super Bowl performance. The energy is unreal — great for anything high-vibe, celebratory, or emotionally powerful.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    2. That's the Way It Is — outliersdjs

Great drop in this one. Perfect for caption payoff reels or a satisfying transition moment.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    3. Where Is Your Sword — bobbyintokyo

Use this over content where you're calling your audience into their power — 'in a world where people...' style messaging works really well here.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    4. skycopcom

Works well for something a little cheeky or relatable — pair it with 'I hope she isn't into...' style content.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    5. Super Mario Desert Theme — rachelspicer_

Nostalgic and somehow slightly chaotic — perfect for 'this is fine' BTS content or anything a little tense and relatable.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    6. Groan Tube — kamil_szymczak

100% use this for fails, realistic BTS, or anything honest and unfiltered. Your audience will love you for it.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    7. Bass Down Low x Lovegame (mashup)

A banger of a mashup. Great energy — use it for something punchy and confident.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    8. Kool and the Gang — partypupils

Great one for dropping information in a fun, feel-good way. Think 'things I know now that I wish I'd known sooner' style content.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    9. Princess Di's Wisdom

Put this over B-roll clips of you in your work, your space, your practice. The audio does the emotional heavy lifting — let the visuals breathe.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    10. sahdsimone

Barely any uses yet which means getting in early could really pay off. The beat drop is strong — one to watch.

    🔗 Listen on Instagram

    11. TTPD Intro

Such an underrated sound for business accounts. Works for simple message reels, caption payoffs, or just about anything. Calm, beautiful energy — very fitting for the healing space.

Elise Vangen Dagsdatter

Hello all magical algorithmicers.

I want to introduce myself as I signed up today and I don't have an instagram account yet 😄 (I will create one before monday to join in the commitment and support you all).

My name is Elise Vangen Dagsdatter. I'm so passionate about humans and I so love this experience of being one.

My medicines are trust and unconditional love. For the last eight years I've been leading myself through grand transformation, tended to my wounds in deep connection to the elements and become certified in many modalities.

I now feel this inner movement going outwards and I feel so much joy around becoming more visible and sharing more of my gifts.

I'm in a creative and crystalizing process, working on the artpiece of my being.

I'm here to learn about instagram and to see if I feel like becoming seen on this platform and what it is that wants to be expressed.

I'm also here to support and dance with all of you and to be immersed in a "just do it" energy that I feel from the group.

Excited to be here and I wish you all funny, joyous days with so much heart.

And yes, I live in the forests of Norway with my two young sons (2,5 years and 8 months), my husband, our two dogs and all the incredible beings inhabiting our forest.

Patriszia Xelest

Hi everyone,

I’m Patriszia Towe Xelest.

I’m a women’s empowering life coach, currently expanding my work into supporting ambitious women who know they are here for more impact, more income, and a sustainable way of doing life, not just for now, but long-term.

With a background in women’s bodywork, yoni mapping therapy, performance art, and creating online programs for women, I’ve seen how true empowerment has to be holistic.

For me, empowerment includes emotional regulation, physical wellbeing, financial resilience, and connection to our deeper purpose, because everything is interconnected.

Happy to be here and support each other’s visibility ✨

Diana Ciolca

Hi everyone! I’m Diana, and I’m so happy to be here 💖

By day I’m a Lead Scientist at a green chemistry company in the Netherlands, which means I spend a lot of time in labs and EU-funded research projects. But my heart lives in a very different kind of work.

I’m a nervous system coach for female entrepreneurs who know what to do in their business but somehow can’t make themselves do it. That gap between knowing and doing, that’s nervous system territory. That’s where I live and work.

Like many of you, my VITA journey started in sexuality and relationship coaching, and I loved that work deeply. But over time I kept noticing the same thing: so much of what blocks us in intimacy and relationships is the same thing that blocks us in business. The nervous system doesn’t really separate the two.

That realization slowly pulled me toward entrepreneurship coaching, and it felt like the most natural evolution I could have imagined.

I built my first coaching business from a place of survival. I invested so much in mentors who turned out to be all marketing, gave my power away to every strategy under the sun, and ended up burning out completely. I remember thinking: if this is entrepreneurship, I don’t want it. After taking a year to breathe and come back to myself, I started fresh with a niche that actually felt aligned with who I am.

Now I help women remove what I call their “handbrakes” so they can finally move from a place of ease instead of exhaustion.

Balancing corporate life with building a coaching business is… a lot. And I’d be lying if I said I always have it together. I have ADHD, so consistency is something I genuinely struggle with. I’m here for the mutual support, the creative spark, and the accountability that only a community like this can offer.

So happy to be building alongside all of you 🤍

I forgot to add: I’m married to my soulmate and have been together for 9 years, I’m fur mama to 2 cats and 1 dog.

I love dancing, right now I’m doing heels 👠 every Friday but will start bachata soon again.

I am a gym rat 😂 as of recently (2 years).

And my favorite way to relax is reading romantasy. My Roman Empire is the The Throne of Glass by Sarah J Mass.

Oh and I love food and cooking 💖

Verena Maeder

Hello new friends! Verena here from the 2019 VITA cohort. I have a couple of business 👒⛑️👑 on. I am a natural builder of 30+ years and have an online school teaching that, and I am also a somatic coach with a focus on nervous system care, rewilding and psychedelic integration (both for individualsand couples). I have strong de-colonial values and am constantly learning. I really appreciate that these values are a thing in this group.

I am originally Swiss but my home is Aotearoa New Zealand, where I build homes with earth, and am blessed to spend fun times with my beloved in nature and the odd bush doof as we call it. I have two adult children.

For now I want to focus on the social media for my online natural building school, as that relies on people finding me online. My coaching practice is ticking over with referrals. I have had a really hard time being on social media in the past two years. I hope that co-working will help me focus and not be paralyzed by doom. Looking forward to getting to know you all and doing this together.

Nicolette Reichl

Somatic Voice, Visibility & Vitality Coach

@createwithnicolette

I am the founder of Algorithm Magic really because I NEED it. Raging ADHD over here and body doubling in coworking spaces has been the way for me to get things done.

Born South African; moved to Germany when I was 12 and studied in Egypt for 3 years when I was 18-21. It was in Egypt that I witnessed refugees doing somatic voice and therapeutic theatre that I knew what I wanted to do with my life.

Dropped out of university, took two years to work and save and left for the States to work with my mentor Kristin Linklater. Did Linklater Voice for 10 years intensely and then moved to France.

I randomly went to a church in a cave up a mountain people kept telling me about. It ended up being Sainte Baume a cave that would change my life. Have since offered Mary Magdalene pilgrimages to this very cave where we do deep somatic voice and sexulality liberation. Wrote about it in a book available. DM me.

I have met hundreds of healers over the years that, like me, know they need to be on Instagram but just dont wanna.. for what ever reason it feels like a drag; massivley activates our witch wound and we lay awake all night fretting about what our cousins’s and exes will think and any numerous other ways we tell ourselves not to do it.

I do not believe socials is the only way to get clients but its one way and if we are doing it, lets do it all the way!!!!!

Viola la Spina

Tea ceremonialist, Intimacy & Burnout Coach

@viola_la_spina

After a decade of teaching yoga and running two studios in Melbourne while raising two young children I met my edge.

Burnout became an initiation, calling me back to presence and truth. My family and I uprooted our lives and returned to my Scandinavian roots toward a quieter, true north.

In a long-term partnership of over twenty years, I have lived the realities of love through seasons of growth, distance, devotion, and renewal experience that deeply informs my work.

Deeply inspired by the ritual of tea, the art of sitting in stillness, regulating the nervous system, and meeting another without distraction, I bring a rare steadiness to the spaces I hold.

Today, I guide individuals and couples back to emotional safety, deep connection, and renewed desire.

Through my women’s journey Rebirth, I support women in restoring vitality and self-trust.

Through private work with couples, I help partners rebuild trust, deepen communication, and rekindle intimacy.

I am also the host of Tea Talks with Viola, where conversations around love and conscious relationship unfold slowly and honestly like tea shared in quiet presence.

For me, intimacy begins with safety and safety begins with presence.

Jeanette LeBlanc

I’m Jeanette. A writer / writing coach living in phoenix but originally from easten Canada.

I am definitely no ig expert but I’ve probably tested every scheduler under the sun and honestly never noticed a huge difference in engagement between scheduled and manual - but I was also never really looking for one.

I’ve lost a lot of followers over my almost 3 year hiatus and often have very low engagement when I post now - but I’ve also taken all social media off my phone and do not plan to add it back on, so scheduling will have to be it for me.

I do know in the past that I struggle with any sort of regular cadence when I don’t plan and schedule and tend to fall off quickly unless I’m in a period of super inspiration and the muse is dancing really close. So, I guess the drawbacks of scheduling are mitigated (for me) because it allows me to get a regular stream of posts ready to go and then I get to mostly forget about it for a while. Which helps my brain :)

Sarah Ojamae

I’m Sarah Ojamae, a Tantric Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach and Intimacy Astrologer who offers support intimately attuned to your body and birth chart.

My intention is to offer coaching that makes tantra feel truly embracing for any, for all, humans, especially those for whom exploring our gorgeous lineage may not feel very safe or very comfortable because they so little see themselves represented in teachers, in photos, in the language used to facilitate—I want to make tantra a beautiful experience for anyone of any body shape or size, sexuality, gender identity or expression, relationship dynamic or status…

Alice Roder

Hey lovelies I’m Alice, I do holistic bodywork and touch process work using methods like myofascial release, dearmouring, and structural movement. @apearlontheroad

I’m from England and growth was quite clear in my work until a year ago when I moved to Estonia for love and then broke my elbow & pubic bone in a bad bike accident. A redirection gift on my 30th birthday.

So much change happened it crumbled my nervous system resilience and the call into somatic education was clear.

So now, I’m integrating somatic coaching into my work with touch wanting to guide somatic self touch sessions with clients online and develop my community to invite people on retreat with us from all over the world.

This, of course requires the internet and there’s been a massive conflict for me about this as my lifestyle becomes more nature oriented. It also calls forward an education piece for many of my friends and clients new to somatics. As bodywork online is not such a simple sell.

So Instagram is calling me to a more devotional return. (I worked in marketing and charity fundraising for most of my twenties) I can’t wait to work on this with you all

I guide women to reconnect with their bodies and pleasure through somatic, Tantric, and Taoist tools—including breathwork, jade egg, and deep subconscious exploration.

Lisa Candrian

I’m Lisa Humeres Candrian, a Switzerland-based Somatic Sex, Love & Relationship Coach for women and couples.

I support women who appear conscious and capable yet struggle with self-doubt, emotional triggers, intimacy blocks, or patterns of over-functioning and people-pleasing.

With couples, I work when they want to feel more deeply connected,

when sexuality feels misaligned or blocked,

when communication stalls,

when triggers take over,

even though love is still there.

My work is trauma-informed and body-led, integrating emotional bodywork, Tao-Tantric approaches and modern neuroscience, embodiment, and parts work such as inner child work.

I’ve been holding immersive retreats consistently for the past five years, alongside long-term 1:1 online and in person containers and intimate group spaces. (Groups mostly in person and wanting to transition more to online offers.)

Now, why I’m here.

I have ADHD, which means I generate a lot of ideas. And I experience such powerful client breakthroughs regularly I‘m still so amazed by the work, but I often struggle on how to bring those feedbacks & transformations into consistent content.

I’m trying to narrow down my niche further, and I notice I struggle quite a lot with that.

Sabine Andree

Hello everyone,

Greetings from magical Bali, the island I’ve been calling home for almost 8 years. I’m originally from Germany, where I studied psychology, but then with the beginning of my Saturn return 🪐 my whole life got put upside down and I got redirected to approach healing from more of a holistic and spiritual angle ✨

I’m mainly an energy healer, and also trained in somatic trauma therapy, yoga teacher, meditation teacher, breath coach, women’s circle facilitator and a few other beautiful modalities.

I’m really passionate about empowering others to heal themselves and step back into their own power. I’m currently transitioning more into a teacher role, and potentially less facilitating. I do a lot of in-person events in Bali, but want to grow the online side of my biz, hence I’m here.

I’m still finding and defining my messaging and marketing, learn how to talk to the right people.

Personally, I’ve been diving deeply into tantra for over a year now and going on a training next week, which I’m super stoked about!

My Instagram is @sacred.holistic.healing and I’m very excited to connect and support each other here and get to discover the magic you share with the world ✨🤍✨

I'm a biologist at heart, forever fascinated with nature and life. I've been studying the Grinberg Method for 2 years (one more to go), which is a form of holistic bodywork and at the center of it it's about pattern recognition and training your body attention to being able to stop limiting patterns.

From the beginning of my education I've been working 1:1 with clients. My dream is to be able to support myself fully with this work and I'm now building my business from the ground. so I'm a baby business owner, trying my steps, finding my messaging... I was ready to throw the towel on Socials many times. So, i'm curious how this will go 😄

Algorithm Magic Monday March 2 2026

FEB 23 2026 Prompts

  1. A quick content planning how to Video:

2. Trending Hooks & Prompts Instagram is currently pushing: (click on the Plus sign)

  • This is the trend here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUmUpLEj_Cp/

And this is the audio to use:
https://www.instagram.com/reels/audio/2365887073646281/ (in case it doesn't appear for you, it's called Black Widow by Rita Orla)

    How to film it:
You essentially film a 6 second clip of yourself clapping to the camera.

    Text to write on screen:
Giving myself a round of applause because (then you fill in something for your niche here)

In all of the examples it's a little tongue in cheek and essentially showing your unqiue stance within your area of expertise.

    Examples:
Giving myself a round of applause because I survived whatever the hell February was.

Giving myself a round of applause because I didn't punch my mother in law when she told my kids to have one more bite.

Giving myself a round of applause for actually saying no to my toxic boss.

It needs to be tongue in cheek and like a celebraton of 'can't believe I survived that.'

  • THE PROMPT: The XXX I’ve been (doing/ eating/ trying) lately as someone who (does this/ refuses to do that)

    EXAMPLE WORDING:

The prompts I’ve been journaling through lately as someone determined to slow the heck down.

What I’ve been eating lately as a nutrition coach and gal going through perimenopause.

What I’ve been reading lately as someone who literally refuses to be consumed by her phone.

Example of this piece of content in the wild…

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DU4OrKHErIn/?igsh=c3lkc3kzbXVqZ3E5

A little tip: Wherever possible, we want this nice and practical. I’m a big fan of having your Instagram as a resource space and building your presence as a go-to in your niche. This prompt is an excellent way of starting to do that. I would suggest you do this as a carousel.

  • 2. Carousel Idea: ‘If you give a mouse a cookie’ trend

This is the ‘If you give a mouse a cookie’ trend, which is based on the children’s book of the same name. In the book, a boy gives a cookie to a mouse, prompting a series of demands… milk, a straw, a mirror, a nap, and art supplies…. until eventually the mouse circles right back to wanting another cookie.

The Instagram version is a carousel that tells YOUR chain reaction story. One thing leads to the next, leads to the next, until you've taken your audience on a little journey they can’t resist swiping through!

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DUvcDuYjWZr/?igsh=YWhhdnAwcGM5a2Rw&img_index=1 :

See how it pulls you in? You can't stop reading because each step naturally leads to the next.

    There are a few different ways you can use this for your business;

    • Tell your own story Just like Sharon did. Share a real chain reaction YOU'VE been through. Maybe it's how your business evolved, how one small decision snowballed into something bigger, or how a project unfolded step by step (I feel this could be really fun!)

    • Walk through your process. Use the format to show what happens when someone books with you or places an order. Take them on the journey from start to finish in a way that feels exciting rather than transactional like this lettering artist has done here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DVFDyGljb4S/?igsh=c3lsdDZucms5b2Rq

    • Put your customer at the centre This one is my favourite. Start with this hook: "If you give a [your target customer] a [your hero product or service], they'll start to…" Then map out the chain reaction of what happens in their life after they buy from you. How do they feel? What changes? What does it lead to next?

Some tips from me if you decide to do this:

    • You don’t have to overcomplicate this. Your carousel can absolutely be made with some relevant photos with the text added in Instagram like Sharon did. Sometimes, especially if your message is emotive, real and authentic is best.

    • Think about the emotion you can inject into the chain of events. Don’t just list out the process - what impact does it have on you, your customer, even the people around them?

    • ALWAYS end your carousels with a call to action that feels relevant!

Now go give your audience a cookie! 😉

  • THE PROMPT: How to (do this thing) in (this time frame)

    EXAMPLE WORDING:

Your baby’s sleep will be unrecogniseable in 30days if you do this…

How to feel unrecogniseable (in the best way possible) for premenopausal women (the ultimate 101 guide)

I’m on a mission to be unrecogniseable in 30 days. Here’s how I’m going to do it…

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DUl3ZgBjyrQ/?igsh=a3E5aHJ2N3ZyMmJh

A little tip: This works either as skill sharing in the original example, or from a storytelling perspective as I’ve shared above. The storytelling examples could work so well as a talking to the camaera style reel (you’ve just got to be sure to stick to the point succinctly). Again you want a no-gatekeeping approach.

Re-purpose this as either long form content or an email to send to your whole list. subject line:this will make (your niche eg your perimenopausal symptoms) unrecogniseable in THIS TIME FRAME. Then share in the email what this looks like, repurposing either the talk to camera script you’ve used or the carousel slides you’ve written.

  • More Storytelling Carousel Hooks

not all of these hooks might work for you, but hopefully when you read through you will find one or two that spark an idea for a story you can tell. That can be anything that has a tangible link to your business, whether it is the rogue thing that led to your quitting your last job, a message you received from a customer that inspired a product, or a mistake you made that changed the way you did things forever!

    10 more storytelling hooks:

    • Here’s how I accidentally discovered the best thing that ever happened to my business, and it helped me [achieve tangible goal]

    • I cried today because… / Yesterday I was floored because…

    • What happens when you [experiment]? I tried it out so you don’t have to

    • Everything changed the moment I realised…

    • One thing I wish I knew when I started my [niche] business is [lesson]. Here’s why it would have made such a difference…

    • You won’t believe what happened to me when…

    • Can we be honest about [topic] for a second?

    • I thought [assumption]. I was completely wrong. Here's what I learned…

    • Let me tell you about the biggest mistake I made in my business so far that ended up costing me [negative result]

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DU7mtDLjEOa/?igsh=ZGQ4YjA1YjBhcTc5

  • ⚡️ Oh My Gosh

A really fun, quick and easy lighting trend for you this week using audio 2 from this week’s trending audios.

The hook that goes along with this trend is: The little girl/child in me every time I [achieve something] :

Super cute and very easy to do! Let’s go through it step-by-step:

    • Save sound 2 from this week’s trending audios.

    • Come up with your hook. Decide on what that ‘goal’ is that would make your younger self proud whenever you do it. Could be anything from making a sale to speaking in front of an audience. For example ‘The little girl in me everytime I make a sale in the business we always dreamed of having:’

    • Find a 6 second B-Roll clip of you doing that thing, whatever that is, so the people watching your reel can be right there with you!

    • Combine the audio with the clip and pop your text hook over the top. Don’t forget to also include a hook at the beginning of your caption that makes people want to stop and read more, and use the caption to tell the story of how you achieved that childhood goal.

Although a really quick and easy trend to jump on, it’s another opportunity to do some storytelling in the caption and maybe even expand on it in your stories, so have a think about what things you do in your business that would make your younger self proud!

  • Reel Hook: What did you do today?

I feel like, as business owners, we often find ourselves doing things day-to-day that we never in a million YEARS would have expected when we started our business

Being a business owner can have you doing so many weird and wonderful things, like becoming the photographer, creative director, accountant, head of HR, marketing executive, and CEO all in one. What I can probably guess, is that no matter your business, I can probably guarantee that it has you doing some things that you wouldn’t necessarily find in a normal 9-5. And for this content idea, the weirder the better!

For this content idea, you need a 6-8 second clip of you doing something in your business that, like I mentioned above, isn’t the usual day-to-day for everyone else. Take a look at some of these examples for inspiration and you’ll see what I mean!

Combine your clip with the text hook:

My friends who work normal jobs: What did you do today?

    Me:

And there you have it! Super quick and easy piece of Growth/Nurture content to show your audience a glimpse into what your behind-the-scenes looks like.

Nicolette Reichl

Somatic Voice, Visibility & Vitality Coach

@createwithnicolette

@viola_la_spina

  1. A quick content planning how to Video:

2. Trending Hooks & Prompts Instagram is currently pushing: (click on the Plus sign)

  • 1 Easy B-Roll Reel: Girl to girl / Friend to Friend hook

Have you seen this trend popping up? It’s been going for a while now, but seems to have become an evergreen one that is fab to try every now and again as a way to start your hook! The ‘Girl to Girl’ hook (although could absolutely be ‘Friend to Friend’ if you want to be more inclusive!) is all about speaking directly to your target customer like they are your friend, and dropping some life advice that they really need to hear, at a time when they need it.

This is absolutely the type of content where people are likely to hit ‘repost’ or send to someone else who might need it, so it is great for Growth content. Although it is a trend that is having a bit of a moment right now, I can absolutely see this format continuing to work at any time.

It’s brilliant for Single Message Reels, but I have also seen it where you share more detailed advice. Take a look at some of these examples from other small businesses to show you what it’s all about::

If you want to try this for yourself, here are some of my top tips for jumping on this trend:

    • Pick some B-Roll that is around 6-8 seconds long and use the text hook ‘Girl to Girl/Friend to Friend, and finish with some meaningful/inspirational words of advice

    • Make sure the B-Roll you choose has an interesting visual hook at the beginning to get people to stop mid-scroll!

    • Think about your brand values as a whole and what advice you can offer that relates to them. For example, if you’re a craft business who encourages mindfulness as one of your core values, your advice could be about reminding people to stop and pause.

  • This is a good hook for making a pots about your values and your taking a stand

The hidden cost of not feeding yourself breakfast every morning (the hormone edition)

The hidden cost of masking your ADHD at work

The hidden cost of staying in a job that’s secretly killing you.

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/p/DU5yWXQDFTI/?igsh=anlxOGNmY3BiNmI1‍ ‍

A little tip: You want folks here to really see themselves in your content and you do that by calling out the symptoms that they are experiencing in the content. Try and think ‘what does day-to-day actually look like and feel like to the person experiencing this?” not just the surface level stuff. The more specific you are with the symptoms here, the better chance your content has of flying.

  • 2  Carousel dea: [Resourse/tool/plan] I’ve used to [desired goal]

This hook format works so well because you are giving value to people, and you’re showing them the proof of why said tool/resource works.

This is the PERFECT format of hook to include a CTA at the end getting people to comment a word so you can send them a link to said resource/tool/plan/your product or service. It also makes brilliant sales content for the grid because you are going to add some value first before you lead them to the CTA.

Here’s everything you should include in your carousel, step-by-step, if you want to shout about the resource that has helped you the most!

Slide 1 - Use the text hook The [resource/tool/plan] I’ve used to [goal you’ve achieved]. Make sure you are clear on what it is you have used so people know what it is you’re going to talk about, and that the results you cite are tangible/quantifiable. For example…

    • (Dog trainer) The puppy routine I’ve used to help over 200 new dog parents have a calm, stress free transition into their new life as pet owners

    • (Wedding Supplier) The exact email template I’ve used to book 50 discovery calls this month.

    • (Handmade gifts) The craft fair strategy I’ve used to double my sales this year

    • (Any business) The exact steps I took to go from hating Instagram to actually enjoying showing up for my business

Slide 2 - Go into a little more detail and talk about where you were BEFORE you started using said tool/resource. Any problems you were encountering or what life looked like without it.

Slide 3 - Tell us about the transformation and top tip - be emotive. How has this improved your business/life? What differences has this tool made?

Slide 4 - Show the proof. This could be client reviews, analytics screenshots, anything that will really hammer your point home.

Slide 5 - Reveal the product/resource. Is it something you created yourself, or that you were recommended by a friend? Tell us what it is!

Slide 6 - Call to action! Get people to comment a word to get hold of the resource/product. If it is something you have created yourself as a lead magnet, get people to sign up to your newsletter first, to be given access to it.

  • Really useful apps holding my life together as a 30 year old mum with adhd.

Unsexy things I’ve bought for our kitchen recently that make life with toddlers so much easier.

Unsexy things I’ve bought from Lidl this week that stop me raging as a perimenopausal gal.

Example of this piece of content in the wild…

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DUnfUcKDu3v/?img_index=2&igsh=MTZxdmdndXozM3B2Yw==

A little tip: Try and make this as practical as you can. This would also work really well as a talking head reel and showing the different items or resources that have helped you. This helps your account to truly come across as the no-gatekeeping space that followers can keep coming back to.

Turn this into an Instagram story.

First slide: Connect in with your audience. Share an image of something you’re doing / one of the thingd that you’ve mentioned above in action.

Next slide: *Then: I literally need to share with you these ‘eg unsexy things that have made cleaning my kitchen so mcuh easier’ because XXX years ago I used to struggle so badly when i had to XXX.

Subsequent slides: show the individual items or things, providing links where necessary.*

  • 5 years of menopause nutrition in 5 sentences.

5 years of pottery making in 5 sentences.

5 years of baby sleep surviving in 5 sentences.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DU0E7RDjf6X/?igsh=OXB6MXY0cnFyeDI=

A little tip: It’s REALLY important when you’re doing this one that you’re following the format of the individual clips, not just having one clip with the hook on screen. The reason this works is that it increases watch time and we know that if we increase watch time, we also increase reach.

    How to film it →

First clip → 3 seconds with the hook above on screen. Subsequent clip → 0.8 seconds with your first statement on screen.

All subsequent clips doing the same.

It’s a good idea to have different angles for the subsequent clips. I would just have a dig through your B-Roll folder and add in a different variety of them, trimming them each down to 0.8 seconds.

  • Unpopular advice I give to gals in their 30s to survive the menopause (even if they don’t want to hear it)

Unpopular job hunting advice I give to new mums who find themselves hating work.

Unpopular advice I give to women who feel frumpy and hate all their clothes.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DUYcAGdCY0v/?igsh=MWp0eG5rcmlwaDduZw==

A little tip: It’s totally your choice here whether you do this as a photo dump carousel, talking head or a b-roll reel. All of those would work. The key again here is that you truly make it no gatekeeping. In the caption, if you’re doing the b-roll style, I would simply list out the different pieces of advice that you’d give, with a CTA to follow.

  • Reel hook: Curious how many XXX are looking for XXX without realising I am right here

One of my favourite types of hooks, it’s a ‘Find your people’ hook! Amazing for growth content, and really making sure that you are growing a community that aligns with you, your offers and your values. This one is super easy to adapt to any niche, too!

The hook format is: Curious how many [ideal customers] are looking for [desired outcome or what you sell] without realising I’m right here?

All you need to do is pop this hook over a B-Roll clip of yourself (5-8 seconds) - ideally one that shows a little bit about what you do, whether that is you making or showing off your product, working with a client or teaching a class - whatever your day-to-day looks like. The more eye-catching the B Roll the better!

If you’re struggling to adapt the hook to your niche, here are some examples I’ve come up with for a few different niches which might help you:

    • (Hairdresser) Curious how many new mums are looking for low maintenance hair that still looks good without realising that I am right here?

    • (Nutritionist) Curious how many busy professionals are googling ‘easy meal prep plan’ without realising I am right here?

    • (Slow fashion) Curious how many girlies who are tired with overconsumption are looking for their new favourite ethically-made clothing brand without realising I am right here?

    • (Ceramicist) Curious how many people are drinking their morning coffee from a 7 year old secret santa mug they don’t even like without realising I am right here?

    • (Graphic Designer) Curious how many founders are feeling fed up with their tired looking branding without realising I am right here?

Then use the caption to add in some more context and introduce yourself. These are great to mix in every now and again!

Somatic Voice, Visibility & Vitality Coach

@createwithnicolette

@viola_la_spina

I'm mostly posting in german atm. can't decide if I should switch to english alltogether 🤷‍♀️

  • 1. Content Idea: The ‘Credential and Tease’ Hook

As we all know, storytelling hooks are flying right now, and there’s a framework I keep spotting crop up that I have logged in my brain as the “Credential and Tease” hook. And now I’ve told you about it, you’ll see it everywhere!

And it usually goes something like:

“I’m a [who you are, what you do, or why you're uniquely qualified to speak on the topic] and here are….”

This works so well because immediate from the hook you:

    • 1.

Establish authority/identity - this gives people a reason to both stop and trust what's coming next. This bit can be your credentials, experience, or even an obsessive passion you have!

    • 2.

Tease the value - You follow immediately with a promise of what’s to come ("Here are…", "These are…", "Let me show you…"). The contrast between the credibility and the promise makes people think, "Okay, this person actually knows what they're talking about, I need to stop and watch/read this

    • 3.

It also is SUPER who you are and what is coming next, making it great growth as well as nurture, and maybe even sales content!

    For example:

    • (Travel) I've visited 60 countries and lived in 8. Here are the places I'd actually go back to / I think you MUST visit in 2026…

    • (Parenting) I'm a child psychologist and a mum of three. These are the phrases I stopped saying to my kids and what I say instead…

    • (Fashion) I've been a personal stylist for 15 years. These are the 6 pieces I'd buy first if I was rebuilding my wardrobe from scratch…

    • (Interiors) I'm an interior designer who's renovated more than 50 homes. These are the 'trends' I beg my clients not to follow…

Do you see what I mean about ‘Credential and Tease’?

And some real examples for you:

You could do this either as a storytelling carousel OR as Reel. Things I’ve spotted that make the hook extra impactful:

    • Stack credentials if you can - in the Reading/books example "editor, reviewer, and lifelong bookworm" feels more interesting than just ‘I’m an editor”

    • Get specific with numbers e.g. "60 countries" or is more impactful than "I've been to a lot of countries”

    • The value should feel like insider knowledge, your personal picks, or life lessons rather than generic advice anyone could Google!

  • ⚡️The Childhood Photo Trend

Perhaps the cutest Instagram trend I have seen in a while! Nostalgia content is really flooding our feeds - first it was the 2016 trend, but now we’re going back a little bit further! For this one you’re going to have to dig around in the old photo albums, because this trend is a carousel of all of your/your team’s childhood photos.

The idea is that you caption a childhood picture of you/your team with ‘This is who [does job role]’. It can be a carousel full of different childhood photos of you, if you’re a one-man team covering lots of varying roles, or if you have a team you can have a photo of each of you.

This style of content works because it feels lighthearted but also connects with your customers/clients on a more human level. There are people working behind the scenes and this is a great opportunity to show them!

In case you’re still not sure, take a look at some of these great (and very very cute) examples from other businesses so you can see how it is done! If you’ve already got some old photos lying around then this is a SUPER easy one to make in Instagram itself in just a few minutes, so definitely check this one out if it sounds like your style.

  • And this is why when you hear ‘you can’t possibly be in menopause yet’ feels so damaging

And this is why when you hear ‘you can’t possibly be in menopause yet’ feels so damaging

And this is why ‘just launch a £27 offer first’ is so damaging to business owners.

And this is why styling looks effortless on some women and not on you… yet

And this is why your adhd friend always looks like she’s coping so well…

Example in the wild: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUYqZk-jCQ-/?igsh=NWxtdXZ4aW52Z2xn Example in the wildhttps://www.instagram.com/reel/DUYqZk-jCQ-/?igsh=NWxtdXZ4aW52Z2xn

A little tip: With the language you’re using in the reel, you want it to feel a little bit spicy and punchy. We want to use what you stand for here to showcase more what your account is about and to communicate why someone would choose your account over the next in their feed.

  • Carousel idea: I’m a XXX. But I’m also…

This is a lovely idea for a bit of nurture content, to help your audience get to know you! Perfect for if you’ve recently started your account, or if you’ve had a flurry of new followers and feel like doing a little re-introduction.

This is a lovely style of carousel because it is very much focussing on your personal brand - the things outside of your business that people might want to follow you for, such as your values and what you enjoy outside of work.

The format for these is usually:

    • First slide: I’m a [what you are most known for]. But I’m also a…

    • Following slides: One thing per slide what you also do! E.g. you are a parent, your hobbies, your other jobs, what you enjoy doing. The more random the better!

A tip for your first slide - make sure it features a photo of you, and that it is one where it is obvious what it is you do! Here are a few prompts/ideas for slides you could include on the slides that follow to help people get to know you a little better.

    • A believer in XXX. What’s something you value that resonates with your audience?

    • A huge fan of XXX. This can be ANYTHING. Honestly the weirder the better because then it becomes a talking point.

    • Currently trying to XXX. What’s a goal you’re trying to achieve outside of work?

    • Someone who will never say no to XXX. What’s your guilty pleasure or favourite pastime?

A couple of examples below for you to show you the format, but this is definitely one you can have fun with!

Can’t wait to see what you come up with and get to know you better! I think this could do really well.

  • If my house constantly felt messy but I felt too overwhelmed to know even where to begin, here’s exactly what I’d do…

If I was anxious all the time, but also barely had an appetite to eat, here’s exactly what I’d do…

If I was feeling frumpy in every piece of clothing, but also didn’t have a budget to get a whole new wardrobe, here’s exactly what I’d do…

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUCSyRJABQE/?igsh=MTc4ZXVjcmRlNmR2NQ==‍ ‍

A little tip: Ok side note don’t do read the caption as in the example. When you’re writing the hook, think really specifically about the type of person you’re wanting to call in and the lived experiences they’re having right now.

  • A slightly different one this week. I often say that having enough ‘skills’ based content is really important to bring in conversion of followers to your page, so today we’re going to do a skills piece based on ‘big sisters/ big brothers/ friends/ the girlies/ - choose a phrasing you like- don’t gatekeep’, sharing your best little snippets of advice in your niche.

You will need to make sure that it is just that: little snippets. Don’t be tempted to put lots on each slide. Also bare in mind that the thing that feels far too obvious for you to share will likely be the one thing your audience needs to hear/ enjoys. So it’s ok to share the obvious stuff! First slide should say: XXX don’t gatekeep…

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/p/DTnnnKAFDOL/?img_index=7&igsh=eDBteGkzNXltNXU0‍ ‍

  • Just my opinion, but how long are we going to let women have 234 blood tests in infertility and men just get ‘yeah let’s check one thing’

Just my opinion, but how long are we going to be ok with women feeling like they’re doing a terrible job in the home and at work and accepting it as normal?

Just my opinion, but how long are you going to keep convincing yourself that your content isn’t good enough and saving it to your drafts?

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DSDiU7XkgPT/?igsh=MWliOHI3dWJrYXRtaQ==

A little tip: Again this is such a good post to add depth to your content whilst still using a hook to stop the scroll. This would work SO well with a b-roll of you eating a snack in the car (it sounds so strange but this type of nonchalant b-roll with a spicy opinion often goes down a storm in both normal reels and trial reels.)

Nicolette Reichl

Somatic Voice, Visibility & Vitality Coach

@createwithnicolette

@viola_la_spina

Emotions and Sexuality Coach (VITA™️ Certified)

The prompts for the week (click on the plus sign):

  • 5 small little things that suck the life out of adhd brains.

5 small little things that make pospartum mums unnecessarily anxious.

5 seemingly innocent spending habits that do more damage you might realise.

5 seemingly normal eating expectations that are not made for fussy toddlers.

Example of this piece of content in the wild…

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTu-oZwgUwE/?igsh=MWY4aXVsZjU1M3gzNA==

A little tip: There are lots of different wording options for this one, so pick the one that best aligns to you. I changed it to 5 as I know that thinking of 10 things can be tricky!

Turn this into an Instagram story. First slide: Not me spending the morning (eg negotiating with a teenager/ dog/ partner) about when they can (eg eat the whole block of cheese)- use this to connect in. You want a similar stance. Second slide: i’ve recently started doing these 5 little things to support my XXX because I know that (eg when the toddler starts trying to negotiate with me, it toally derails my adhd) Third slide: Things 1& 2 Fourth slide: Things 3 & 4 Fifth slide: This is exactly what we do inside my XXX. Reply XXX and I’ll send you the link!

  • POV: me (a gal with adhd) when I see some random Instagram influencer say that google calendar fixed her symptoms. POV: me (a mum of 6 kids) when I see some random Instagram influencer say we should all be exercising for an hour a day. POV: me (a gal who earned 200k last year) when I see some random influencer say you need to sell an ebook made in Canva.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUGz1DVjbz9/?igsh=YzI1cjd1dm1odGw1

A little tip: The type of B-roll filming here works both ways. You could either stare into the camera as the creator above is doing, or have it as ‘normal’ b-roll of you doing your everyday task. Both work!

    Caption prompt:

    Literally nothing worse, right?!

I see so many people share honestly quite dangerous advice on Instagram when it comes to [your niche] these days and I’ll be honest, it does make me worried.

Why though? Because it can often make YOU feel like a failure and I do not want that.

Here’s why XXX just doesn’t work for THIS TYPE OF PERSON.

And a quick disclaimer: this and this.

I’m a (what you call yourself). Follow along for no nonsense advice when it comes to THIS or you can also comment X and I’ll send you my XXX

  • I practise saying ‘no I can’t today thank you’ at 7am every morning, just incase the eldest daughter in me comes out to play. I drink 1tsp of matcha every morning, in case my head gets the random urge to give me a migraine at 3pm. I trained a chatgpt to respond with ‘no flipping way’ in case i get the random desire to make a new offer at 11:47pm. I eat 1 tsp of chia seeds before every important meeting, because I’d rather 💩 than listen to their 💩.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DUGioofjrfS/?igsh=c2lqbGI4OXc2eHpo

A little tip: You’ve got two options with this. It could be sort of tongue in cheek or it could be very skills based. Either way you want it to be a bit shocking. Not ‘I put the sound machine on every night for my kid’ but something your audience would be like ‘that is honestly wild’

Caption prompt to use: You’ve got to try this ok?! Before (doing the hack above) I used to have to (do this) but since then, everything has changed. 1. this 2. that. 3. the other. I know it’s so tempting to X but believe me when I say THIS is so much easier without it. If you’re (wanting to make this easier/ needing more support with X) then you’re in the right place. Follow XXX where I show you exactly how to X without Y. It’s lovely to meet you.

  • My issue with following fashion trends and not dressing for the body that you have is…

My issue with women taking supplements designed for menopause but not eating breakfast daily is…

My issue with women telling themselves they’re not enough and yet wasting hours scrolling themselves and comparing is…

Example of the piece of content in the wild: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DS0aKJAkTlZ/?igsh=MWlkZzhpMDY0bDF5cw==

A little tip: You’ll notice in the example above that this has been done as a voiceover style reel. The reason it’s effective is that we immediately see the outcome in the first shot (aka the food). You could also do this as a talking head reel or a carousel post too. Both would be really effective at getting your stance across.

Repurpose this hook to threads, copying the text across. Hey presto!

  • Unhinged things to post on LinkedIn this week Unhinged things I do to help my toddler sleep better Slightly weird things I eat weekly for breakfast as someone tackling migraines right now. Unhinged things I’m doing in my launch to double my income. Unhinged things we decided to do in our fixer upper.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTxvaLxkdCT/?igsh=b284eDltcXVzaGF4

A little tip: I would keep this one as a photodump style carousel, as it’ll work best for the storytelling angle of the post itself. You can swap out the language of ‘unhinged’ as I have above and put ‘slightly weird things’ instead. Both angles work!

Caption prompt: One of the best things that someone told me in [your niche] This: And hiii you’ve just reached the side of the internet where we [do this] without [doing that] For more support with (doing this) follow (@ your handle) or comment xxx to receive my (eg free guide ) to finally (achieve this).

  • Things in my diary as an adhd girl that just make sense. Things that will only make sense to eldest daughters… New things to add to your basket in M&S that just make sense… Things to post on Linkedin that just make sense…

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/p/DT0sGavkuHA/?igsh=OWJkeDZpcDY0N2Yy

A little tip: One of the most underated and yet important things you can do when pulling a carousel together is to make sure that your audience can read the text on screen. You’ll notice in this creator example above, they have a dark overlay over the imagery and then this make the white text pop. They’ve also kept the text as classic white as this makes it easier to read.

Turn this into a storytelling email: SUBJECT LINE: why have I only just realised this? Then use the messaging mender to input the following: Please take my instagram hook examples above and my own version here: INSERT. I would like you to write a storytelling email, less than 500 words, to share with my audience the things in my life that just make sense as (what you call yourself) I would like you to chat like we’re at brunch and make sure each paragraph isn’t too long for readability. I’d like you to point them towards my (xxx offer)

  • 1 Carousel idea: Things that will make you follow/unfollow me

Love this trend on TikTok, which is only just starting to come over to Instagram, so jump on it and get ahead of the curve! It’s a great one to make as a quick carousel in Instagram (super easy to edit) and is perfect as Growth, Nurture AND Sales Content - the hook and potential talking points will encourage engagement to make the algorithm push it out to new people, but it also helps your existing followers get to know you a little better! Plus, it explains your unique approach, which always helps potential customers go ‘oh this is the person for me’.

    How to make this carousel:

    • Write a list in your notes app of 6-8 things that you strongly believe in/think that could potentially be divisive/talking points but that you would want your potential customers/followers to feel the same way about. It’s good to have a mix of things that are sort of fundamental and align with your brand values, as well as a couple thrown in that are a little more lighthearted. For example, I’ve seen lots ranging from ‘I believe in gentle parenting’ to ‘The dress was White and Gold not Blue and Black’ so try to mix it up a bit in terms of how serious your subject matter is 😂. Start your opinions with We/I believe… / We do/don’t / We/I think that…

    • Now choose the same amount of photos from your camera roll that relate to the points or to your business in general (any behind the scenes photos will work for this) as well as one for your starting slide that will have your hook. For this one, make sure it is a photo of yourself - people are much more likely to stop and read!

    • Upload your photos into Instagram as a post and click ‘text’ to add text over the top in the instagram editor. Add your hook in the format ‘Things that will make you either follow or unfollow me/us/my XXX business’. Adding in the type of business you have gives people more context, which is good if your carousel gets pushed out to non-followers.

    • Add in your list of beliefs to the other photos - one per slide - and there you have it!

Here are a few examples I have found on Instagram so far, but as I said this is a very early trend so I can’t find any that have gone viral yet - big opportunity here! I have also included one that is a Reel instead of a carousel, just in case you fancy challenging yourself with a talking reel instead!

The prompts for the week (click on the plus sign):

  • A new wardrobe every season won’t fix your styling problems. And no-one tells you this…

Fasting until 1pm every day won’t make you lose weight in your 50s. And no-one tells you this…

Walking 10,000 steps a day won’t make you stronger. And no-one tells you this…

A little tip: You could do this in a variety of different formats, such as a b-roll reel or as a carousel post. It would also be really fab to do it as a talking head video, with a hook above your head that says (why does no-one tell you how to XXX) Why not set yourself the challenge of re-purposing this piece of content, so plan one style for this week and anohter style for a few weeks time. Save you some content time!

Turn this into an Instagram story. First slide: Connect in with your audience. Show something from your daily life, eg ‘soaked on the dog walk this morning and only managed 3k steps)

Second slide: Thing is though, everyone talks about getting your 10k steps in but that’ll never make you stronger. I used to freak out years ago if I hadn’t done my 10k steps a day, but now instead I know that the one thing that will make me stronger is this…

Third slide: give the advice Fourth slide: link the offer

  • Making sure your content is super savable:

5 places to shop if you love Sezane but don’t have the budget…

5 websites that genuinely make parenting 2 under 2 so much easier…

5 presets you need to download to lightroom immediately…

5 pilates moves that’ll make you stronger if weeks if you do them daily…

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DTyN8nNCFFA/?igsh=NGUyYm9tcGVpbmh4

A little tip: In the example above, the creator has used 9. You don’t need to use that many. Just do as many as suits you. I would advise doing it photodump style though, as this can make it highly saveable.

    Caption prompt:

These are the (eg websites) that I literally can’t live without as a (what you call yourself) who___

Any favourites that you’d add to your list too?

Want the full list sending to you directly? Comment XXX and I’ll send you the link!

(whenever you have a longer piece of content, it’s totally fine to have a shorter caption!)

  • I don’t know why my pictures are looking so blurry… I don’t know why I’m feeling so angry every morning… I don’t know why pilates doesn’t work for my body… I don’t know why I feel so frumpy in barrell leg jeans…

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/p/DT5jY2ckRKB/?img_index=1&igsh=cmZmcjB4czE4MGY5

A little tip: You want to use this photodump carousel to showcase your skills. So the ‘I don’t know’ is going to share something obvious they’re thinking (eg that pilates doesn’t work for their body) and the subesequent slides will show them why that is and how some very small tweaks can help them to be able to get it to work for them.

Caption prompt to use: Ok time for a bit of honesty? XXX will never work for you if xxx Everywhere online loves to tell you that (to achieve this) you have to (do this). Thankfully you’ve just landed on the side of the internet that’ll gladly tell you that that is a lie. It’s honestly no wonder that (this is happening) and you feel (this) when our feeds are full of (that) Follow (@ your account) to know exactly how to x without Y. You’re safe here!

  • Stuff having to out the baby down ‘drowdy but awake.’ It never works. Here’s 5 ways to get your 3 month old sleeping in their crib without anyone crying.

Stuff silly package holidays and their overpriced hotels. Here’s what to actually search for if you need two weeks peace and quiet and like the finer things in life this summer…

Stuff needing to book expensive reformer classes for pilates to work. Here’s 3 moves to do with a mat and ball that’ll cost you £5.

Stuff wearing blazers and heels to feel professional in your brand photos. Here’s 5 outfits you can pull together from your wardrobe to make you feel 🔥

Example of the piece of content in the wild: https://www.instagram.com/p/DTNzrrMAk09/?igsh=d3l3dnJoaWVhYzVr

A little tip: The reason this piece of content in the example has done so well is because it uses a relatable image, as well as relatable language. Don’t be afraid to have an experiment with that for your own content. It’s a style that’s working and resonating so well at the moment.

  • How old were you when you realised that the problem isn’t the jeans, it’s how you’re styling them? How old were you when you realised that one orange a day could literally halve your cortisol levels in 5 minutes? How old were you when you realised that adding an egg to your toddler’s porridge would stop them asking for snacks?

Example of this content in the wild https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTgz1dEkXc_/?igsh=MnJydHVnZnRxb2Vv‍ ‍

A little tip: make sure that the imagery you’re using on screen totally matches your hook on screen. You want people to be able to not read your caption or to be able to watch with the sound off and to totally be able to understand what the content is about/ pointing towards.

Turn this into a storytelling email: SUBJECT LINE: why have I only just realised this? Then use the messaging mender to input the following: Please take my instagram hook examples above and my own version here: INSERT. I would like you to write a storytelling email, less than 500 words, to share with my audience a very easy hack to help them to (achieve this) I would like you to chat like we’re at brunch and make sure each paragraph isn’t too long for readability. I’d like you to point them towards my (xxx offer)

  • I wish more women with ADHD knew that one piece of chewing gum could give them enough dopamine to avoid having a full blown toddler tantrum when they feel overwhelemed. I wish more ovulating women knew that just adding greek yoghurt to two meals a day would give them enough protein to stablise their blood sugar and increase their chances of conception by x % I wish more mums of toddlers knew that cuddling before playing is the reason some kids play independently and others don’t. I wish more beginner photographers knew to do this 30 second lightroom adjustment anytime their photos felt too flat.

Example of this content in the wild:

    https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTxvaLxkdCT/?igsh=b284eDltcXVzaGF4

A little tip: This works really well as a b-roll style reel. The reason that the example one has done so well is because the peeling of the orange acts as a visual hook. You think ‘ooh what’s going to happen?’ So in the photography example above, it could be you filming yourself tweaking the setting on lightroom on your desktop so that we can see what you’re doing and show the after image. Wherever you can add interest for the filming = more watch time = more reach.

Caption prompt: This is your sign To finally (do this) all because you decide to (do that) Other really useful things to try if you’re finding that (this is happening) and (this isn’t) thing 1. thing 2. thing 3. For more support with (doing this) follow (@ your handle) or comment xxx to receive my (eg free guide ) to finally (achieve this).
