Somatic Sexual-Vocal
Rewiring:
The Method
At the center of my logo, you’ll see a delicate flower with seven petals.
Each petal represents one of the seven archetypal phases of voice and sexual healing that form the foundation of my method.
Together, they trace the spiral path of feminine embodiment:
From silence to sovereignty
From shame to song
From numbness to ecstatic truth.
As women we heal in community
The feminine nervous system was not designed for hustle culture, constant output, or emotional isolation.
We are cyclical beings.
We regulate differently than men—not through dopamine and achievement, but through oxytocin, safety, and connection.
This means community isn't optional. It’s medicine.
In this method, we recalibrate the nervous system through the body, not around it. We don't bypass trauma. We compost it—gently, lovingly, through sound, breath, and sensual presence.
How it works:
The Seven Phases of Somatic Sexual Vocal Rewiring
Each phase is a love story. A chapter in your personal myth.
Each one is associated with:
a mythological archetype
a part of the female anatomy
a flower essence
and a nervous system imprint we’re learning to rewire.
The Meet-Cute – Awakening from silence
The Honeymoon Phase – Reclaiming pleasure
The Reckoning – Truth-telling and shadow integration
The Warrior – Boundaries, rage, and rupture
The Alchemist – Sexual transmutation and inner magic
The Lover – Orgasmic embodiment and sacred union
The Oracle – Sovereign expression and embodied leadership
The Science Behind the Magic
This is not just “spiritual” work as much I love that we can delve into that too.
My method integrates:
Polyvagal theory (Dr. Stephen Porges)
Somatic vocal release (Linklater lineage)
Cervical de-armoring and energy orgasm work (Tantric & Taoist roots)
Female cycle-aware nervous system mapping
Oxytocin-based regulation practices (because women regulate through bonding and co-regulation)
This is body-led healing.
When we follow our voices, we find our deepest stories.
When we listen to the cervix, we remember our souls.
-
It’s a nervous system-based, trauma-informed, and pleasure-centered approach to healing the voice and sexuality simultaneously.
We work with the anatomy of sound, the energetics of desire, and the sacred intelligence of the female body to release shame, restore voice, and rewire your system for connection, pleasure, and power. This method draws from vocal science, sacred sexuality, polyvagal theory, and archetypal psychology—woven into a cyclical, feminine path of remembrance.
-
Not at all.
This isn’t about performance—it’s about presence.
You might be a mother, healer, business owner, or simply a woman who feels like her voice has been silenced for too long.
This work is for anyone who wants to speak with clarity, connect with their body, and reclaim their sensual power. -
Yes. Deeply.
I don’t believe in pushing or forcing breakthroughs.
This work honors the body’s timing and capacity. We go slow. We titrate. We work with the nervous system, not against it.
This isn’t “rip the Band-Aid off” healing. It’s composting old stories at the pace your body can hold—while learning how to feel safe in your own skin again. -
Most voice work focuses on sound alone, ignoring the sexual root of expression.
Most sexuality work bypasses the throat entirely, even though it’s anatomically and energetically connected to the womb and cervix. This method treats the voice and yoni as a unified channel.
When one is shut down, the other is compromised.
When both are liberated, you become an unstoppable force of nature. -
Absolutely.
This work isn’t about gathering more information—it’s about embodiment. If you’ve read the books, taken the courses, and still feel like something’s missing…
It’s probably because your voice and your sexuality haven’t been rewired together. This is where the real transformation happens—from the inside out.

You are so welcome here.
Many of my clients have histories of trauma, suppression, or shame around their bodies and voices. This method is trauma-sensitive, consent-led, and rooted in deep safety. You will never be asked to do anything your body isn’t ready for.
We work slowly, reverently, and with profound compassion for your nervous system. -
Yes. Everyone is welcome. In the past I have worked with people of many different beliefs and lineages. People who are very happy with their religious and spiritual choices and others who have been hurt by them. Christians, Muslims, Hindu, Spiritual lineages from all over. Spirituality is present in this program in the sense that we honor our bodies, hold ourselves as sacred.
This is a path of embodied remembrance.
You might call it feminine spirituality, devotional self-love, or sacred sexuality.
We work with myth, energy, and archetype—but also with sound science and psychology. This is where the mystical meets the practical—in your own body.
It’s about your own sovereignty & choice & we are here to witness and honor you.
